The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right on the beach. You can easily access the beach and enjoy the clean water and sandy shores. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a busy strip means there are plenty of activities and attractions nearby.

Some guests have mentioned that the customer service at this hotel is lacking. Some employees were rude and seemed bothered to assist guests, which can definitely impact the overall experience.

We were greeted quickly by friendly staff at this luxurious hotel, and Edgar even upgraded us to a partial ocean view room. The pool area offered a magnificent view of the beach, and the pool staff were always accommodating and friendly. The on-site restaurants served great food at a reasonable price, and having a store attached to the hotel was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. The location is super close to the beach, making it very convenient for beach lovers like us. The service, including room service, bell staff/porters, and housekeeping, was top-notch. They had great shops and commercial services available, as well as medical facilities and laundry services. The staff was really helpful and willing to try anything to accommodate our requests. we had a fantastic experience staying here.

We had a great stay at Calinda Beach! The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, very convenient. The balcony offered an awesome view. The beach was right there and the sunset was amazing. The staff at the front desk in the evenings was wonderful and always there to help. The swimming pool and service were great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The balcony door couldn't close or lock, a bit concerning. the lighting in the room was limited and it got quite dark.

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say, it is located in the center of paradise! I loved how super near it was to the beach. The staff were amazing, especially the room service and bell staff/porter. The shops and commercial services were very convenient. The room amenities were excellent, especially the in-room air conditioning. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, especially the continental breakfast.

Families will be glad to know that this place is highly recommended for kids who are picky eaters because of the limited variety of food for children at the breakfast buffet.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything. The hotel facilities were fantastic. The pool area had a magnificent view of the beach and the pool staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a Sanborns store attached, a bonus. The staff were really good. Mary greeted me quickly upon arrival and Edgar kindly upgraded me to a partial ocean view room. The room itself was excellent, just like the pictures, and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas included. Spacious and clean rooms. Spectacular sunset and bay views from some rooms. Affordable for a high-rise hotel in the area. Friendly staff and great service. Ready to return.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel in Acapulco. The location was perfect, with an awesome view from our balcony. The staff, especially Blanca at the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was a great value for the money.
